Chan Chan - Cocktail Recipe

  • 1 1/2 oz of Light Rum
  • 1/2 oz of Lime Juice
  • 1/3 oz of St Germain (alt: elderflower cordial)
  • 1/3 oz of dry vermouth
  • 1/3 oz of simple syrup
  • 3 dash of Peychaud's Bitters

    • Instructions

    Shake; strain; up; garnish with an edible flower.
