Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of white creme de menthe (alt: mint liqueur)
  • 1 oz of spiced rum
  • double cream (alt: whipped cream)

    • Instructions

    Pour the white creme de menthe into a highball glass and fill with the double cream to an inch from the top. Stir well. Next carefully float the spiced rum on the top. Drink from the bottom with a straw.
