1/2 oz of Vodka
1/2 oz of Frangelico hazelnut liqueur (alt: hazelnut liqueur)
1/2 oz of dark creme de cacao (alt: chocolate liqueur)
5 oz of milk
1 oz of chocolate syrup
1/2 oz of Vanilla Rum

Instructions

Add into a shaker: one half ounce of each of the liqueurs, milk and chocolate syrup. Shake and serve.
