Chocostrawberry Cooler - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/4 of fresh cupsliced strawberries (alt: strawberries)
  • 2 tbsp of chocolate syrup
  • 2 tbsp of club soda (alt: clear soda)
  • crushed ice (alt: ice)
  • 2 of low fat tbspvanilla ice cream (alt: ice cream)
  • 3/4 of skim cupcold milk (alt: milk)

    • Instructions

    1. Fill two tall glasses with crushed ice.

    2. In blender container, place all ingredients except club soda. Cover; blend until smooth.

    3. For each serving, pour into glass over crushed ice; add club soda.

    4. VARIATIONS: Substitute any of the following for strawberries: 1/3 cup drained canned peach slices, 3 tablespoons frozen raspberries, 2 pineapple slices, or 1/4 cup drained crushed canned pineapple.
