Citrus Berry Blush - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 of lemon
  • 2 pints of strawberries
  • 2/3 cup of sugar
  • 1 cup of freshly squeezed orange juice (alt: vsplash fruit juice)
  • 4 cup of svanilla ice cream (alt: cream soda)
  • 2 cup of scrushed ice (alt: ice)
  • 1 cup of freshley squeezed lemon juice (alt: raspberry juice)

    • Instructions

    Puree the berries in a blender to yield about 2 cups. In the blender, combine strawberry puree and the remaining ingredients except for the lemon rings. Blend until smooth. Pour into glasses and garnish with lemon rings.
