Ingredients: 1 oz of coconut rum; 3/4 oz of sugar syrup; 3/4 oz of Coconut Cream; 1 tsp of whipping cream; 2 tsp of Dark rum; 1 3/4 oz of white rum; 1/2 oz of Lime Juice

Ingredients

1 oz of coconut rum

3/4 oz of sugar syrup (alt: simple syrup)

3/4 oz of Coconut Cream

1 tsp of whipping cream

2 tsp of Dark rum

1 3/4 oz of white rum (alt: light rum)

1/2 oz of Lime Juice

Instructions

Rim glass with lime and grated coconut. Shake all ingredients (except dark rum) and strain into a wine goblet filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of lime, and sprinkle dark rum on top using a barspoon. Serve with short straws.
