Coconut Daiquiri - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz of coconut rum
  • 3/4 oz of sugar syrup (alt: simple syrup)
  • 3/4 oz of Coconut Cream
  • 1 tsp of whipping cream
  • 2 tsp of Dark rum
  • 1 3/4 oz of white rum (alt: light rum)
  • 1/2 oz of Lime Juice

    • Instructions

    Rim glass with lime and grated coconut. Shake all ingredients (except dark rum) and strain into a wine goblet filled with crushed ice. Garnish with a slice of lime, and sprinkle dark rum on top using a barspoon. Serve with short straws.
