Colony Room Cocktail

Ingredients
- 2 oz of Gin
- 1 dash of ricard pastis
- 1 dash of Angostura bitters
- 2 dash of noilly prat french vermouth (alt: orange-flavored vermouth)
Instructions
Place a dash of ricard into a cocktail glass and swill to coat the inside. Pour out the excess. Chill the gin, vermouth and bitters by stirring with ice, and strain into the prepared glass. Serve.More cocktails with gin
