Cordial Cooler - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 tbsp of sugar
  • orange squash (alt: blackcurrant squash)
  • 3 of rock melon (alt: watermelon juice)
  • 3 of pineapple
  • 1 1/2 oz of Bacardi white rum (alt: light rum)

    • Instructions

    Muddle rockmelon and pineapple chunks with sugar in the bottom of a highball glass. Add Bacardi white rum and a few ice cubes. Top with orange squash (premixed with water as per normal cordial ratio).
