Creamsicle #3 - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Vanilla liqueur
- 1 pinch of sugar
- 1/2 oz of grand marnier orange liqueur (alt: orange liqueur)
- 1 splash of Orange Juice
Instructions
