Cucumber Cooler - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1.5 oz of Gin
  • 4 oz of Tonic water
  • mint leaves
  • Cucumber
  • lime

    • Instructions

    Add gin, 6 mint leaves, and 1/4 lime (sliced) to a shaker and muddle. Add 4-6 cucumber slices and shake vigorously. Pour the mixture into a rocks glass filled with ice and top with tonic water. Stir and let sit for a few minutes as the flavors enhance. Garnish with a lime wedge.
