Ingredients: 2 oz of Gin; 1/2 tsp of superfine sugar; 1 tsp of kirschwasser cherry brandy; 2 1/2 oz of soda water; 1/2 of Lime Juice; 1/2 oz of Heering Cherry Liqueur

Ingredients

2 oz of Gin

1/2 tsp of superfine sugar (alt: sugar)

1 tsp of kirschwasser cherry brandy (alt: cherry brandy)

2 1/2 oz of soda water

1/2 of Lime Juice

1/2 oz of Heering Cherry Liqueur (alt: cherry liqueur)

Instructions

Pour the gin, cherry heering, kirsch, lime juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass filled with ice cubes. Gently stir in the soda/sparkling water. Garnish with a maraschino cherry and a slice of lime.
