  • 1 oz of dry vermouth
  • 1/2 oz of St Germain (alt: elderflower cordial)
  • 2 dash of orange bitters
  • 1 sprig of thyme

    • Instructions

    Stir/Strain/Up. Twist lemon zest over top and discard. Garnish with sprig of fresh thyme.
