Chicago Zephyr - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 3/4 oz of absinthe
  • 1/2 oz of Aquavit
  • 1/2 oz of Orgeat (alt: almond syrup)
  • 1/2 oz of grapefruit juice
  • 1/4 oz of Lemon Juice
  • 3 dash of Peychaud's Bitters

Instructions

Build in a Pontarlier glass and top with crushed ice. Garnish with caraway seeds and serve with straws.
