Discovery Bay - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Brandy
- 2 oz of Lemon Sherbet
- 2 oz of Ginger ale
- 1/2 oz of cointreau orange liqueur (alt: orange liqueur)
Instructions
Add brandy, Cointreau, lemon sherbet and ginger ale to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with ginger ale, and serve.More cocktails with brandy
