Doctor of Journalism - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of rum
  • 1/2 oz of grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz of raspberry syrup
  • 1/4 oz of Mezcal (alt: tequila)
  • 1 twist of grapefruit peel

    • Instructions

    Shake all ingredients with ice. Strain into rocks glass (or stemless wine glass) over large ice. Garnish with Grapefruit Twist.
