Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz of Gin; 1 1/4 oz of Lemon Juice; 3/4 oz of Herbal Liqueur; 1/2 oz of benedictine; 3 dash of bitters; 1 oz of egg white; 1 1/2 oz of beer; 1 twist of orange peel

Ingredients

1 1/2 oz of Gin

1 1/4 oz of Lemon Juice

3/4 oz of Herbal Liqueur

1/2 oz of benedictine

3 dash of bitters

1 oz of egg white (alt: egg)

1 1/2 oz of beer

1 twist of orange peel

Instructions

Combine all except beer in a shaker without ice. Shake for several seconds, then add ice and shake for at least 15 seconds. Strain into collins glass and top with beer. Garnish.
