1 oz of rye
1 1/2 oz of sherry (alt: fortified wine)
1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
1/2 oz of Orange Juice
3/4 oz of Orgeat (alt: almond syrup)

3/4 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)

Instructions

Short shake all ingredients except soda, strain into snifter with 1 large ice cube. Pour in club soda. No garnish.
