Fresh Tomato Juice Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 tsp of Salt
  • 3 tsp of worcestershire sauce
  • 3 dash of tabasco sauce
  • 1 1/2 tsp of Horseradish
  • 3 cup of schopped celery (alt: celery)
  • 3 tbsp of chopped onions (alt: onion)
  • 3/4 cup of chopped bell peppers (alt: bell pepper)
  • 11 cup of sfresh tomatoes (alt: tomatoes)
  • 2 of bay leaves

    • Instructions

    Cook tomatoes, celery, green pepper, bay leaves and onion for 20 minutes, then put through a sieve. Add remaining ingredients. Chill.
