1/2 cup of milk

1/4 cup of Orange Juice

1 of pintlemon sorbet (alt: cupsraspberry sorbet)

1/4 oz of can apricot (alt: apricots)

Instructions

Place apricot halves with juice, milk and orange juice concentrate in a blender. Cover and process until smooth. Add sherbet; cover and process just until combined. Pour into glasses; serve immediately.

Yields 4 cups.
