Gamble - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 oz of Apricot Brandy
- 1/2 oz of sweet sherry (alt: dark sherry)
- 1 oz of Mango juice
- 3 tbsp of vanilla ice cream (alt: ice cream)
- 3/4 oz of mandarine napoleon orange liqueur (alt: orange liqueur)
Instructions
Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice. Serve in a wine goblet.Garnish with grapefruit slice.
