Gamble - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz of Apricot Brandy
  • 1/2 oz of sweet sherry (alt: dark sherry)
  • 1 oz of Mango juice
  • 3 tbsp of vanilla ice cream (alt: ice cream)
  • 3/4 oz of mandarine napoleon orange liqueur (alt: orange liqueur)

    • Instructions

    Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice. Serve in a wine goblet.

    Garnish with grapefruit slice.
