3/4 oz of Cognac
1/2 oz of Calvados (or Apple Brandy)
1/4 oz of Pear eau de vie
1/4 oz of Herbal Liqueur
1/4 oz of Maraschino liqueur (or cherry liqueur)
1/4 oz of orange liqueur
3/8 oz of Lemon Juice
3/8 oz of Lime Juice
1/2 oz of Pineapple Syrup
1 dash of bitters
Shake, strain, up, garnish with a "flower" of lemon peel around a brandied cherry.
