Ginger Rabbit - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Bourbon
  • 1/2 oz of simple syrup
  • 1/2 oz of creme yvette
  • 1 slice of ginger
  • 1 twist of lemon peel
  • 1 dash of bitters

    • Instructions

    In a mixing glass, muddle ginger, lemon peel and syrup. Add remaining ingredients and stir over ice. Strain into a rocks glass full of fresh ice.
