Golden Drop Wineries Mango Daiquiri - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of white curacao liqueur
  • 1 oz of limoncello lemon liqueur (alt: lemon liqueur)
  • 120 ml of Bacardi white rum (alt: light rum)
  • 1/2 cup of ice cubes (alt: ice)
  • mint
  • caster sugar (alt: sugar)
  • 1 of kensington mango (alt: mango nectar)

    • Instructions

    Peel and slice the mango from the flesh & stone, place mango in the blender with all the ingredients except for the mint leaves. Blend until smooth & creamy. Serve chilled with a garnish of mint leaves.
