Good Golly - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Dark rum
- 2 tsp of dark creme de cacao (alt: chocolate liqueur)
- 2 oz of heavy cream
- 1/2 oz of galliano herbal liqueur (alt: herbal liqueur)
- 4 oz of hot coffee (alt: coffee)
Instructions
Pour the rum, Galliano, creme de cacao and coffee into an Irish coffee cup or glass, and stir well. Pour the cream carefully over the back of a teaspoon so that it floats on top of the drink, and serve.More cocktails with dark rum
