Grapefruit Flower - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Gin
  • 3/4 oz of St Germain (alt: elderflower cordial)
  • 3 oz of grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz of Lime Juice
  • 1 dash of bitters
  • 1 dash of bitters
  • 1 twist of grapefruit peel

    • Instructions

    Shake vigourously with ice, strain on ice, serve with expressed grapefruit peel and lavender sprig
