Green Fairy Blood - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz of Creme de menthe (alt: mint liqueur)
  • 1 tsp of sugar
  • 1 oz of green chartreuse (alt: chartreuse)
  • 1 of water
  • 1 oz of absinthe herbal liqueur

    • Instructions

    Mix ingredients in above order over a sugar cube on an absinthe spoon, light the cube and when the flame dies immediately stir in the sugar until it dissolves; serve.
