Ingredients

  • 1 oz of Strawberry liqueur
  • 1 oz of scotch whisky
  • 3 oz of chilled sparkling white wine (alt: fortified wine)

    • Instructions

    Pour the Scotch whisky and strawberry liqueur into a champagne flute. Top with sparkling wine or champagne. Garnish with a strawberry, and serve.
