1 1/2 oz of Martinique Rum
1/2 oz of Blanco tequila
1/2 oz of Triple Sec
1/2 oz of coconut liqueur
1/2 oz of Orgeat (or almond syrup)
1 oz of Lime Juice
1 oz of Pineapple Juice
1/2 oz of parfait amour
5 drop of Vanilla Extract
Shake all ingredients except Parfait d’Amour. Pour in hurricane glass fillled with cracked ice. Float Parfait d’Amour. Garnish with a fruit stick.
