Hong Kong Fizz - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 oz of Vodka
  • 1/2 oz of Gin
  • 1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
  • 1/2 oz of green chartreuse (alt: chartreuse)
  • 4 oz of soda water
  • 1/2 tsp of caster sugar (alt: sugar)
  • 1/2 oz of benedictine herbal liqueur
  • 1/2 oz of yellow chartreuse (alt: chartreuse)

    • Instructions

    Dissolve sugar, shake and strain into a highball glass half-filled with ice. Add soda, straws and a muddler, and serve.
