Honolulu Juicer - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of southern comfort peach liqueur (alt: peach liqueur)
  • 3/4 oz of Dark rum
  • 2 oz of Pineapple Juice
  • 1/2 tsp of powdered sugar (alt: sugar)
  • 3/4 oz of Rose's lime juice (alt: lime juice)
  • 3/4 oz of Lemon Juice

    • Instructions

    Shake well over ice cubes in a shaker, and strain into a large highball glass over crushed ice. Add a pineapple chunk, and serve.
