Hot Tea Toddy - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of gold rum
  • 1 pinch of cinnamon
  • 1/2 tsp of honey
  • 1 slice of lemon
  • 1 piece of ginger
  • 1 cup of hot tea (alt: tea)

Instructions

Heat everything in a saucepan until it is steaming (do not boil). Pour into a pre-warmed mug. Use a large piece of candied ginger for garnish.
