Indian Summer Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Pineapple Juice
  • 1 oz of grapefruit juice
  • 1/2 oz of currant syrup
  • 1 oz of Bacardi white rum (alt: light rum)
  • 1 splash of sprite soda
  • 1 oz of appleton estate dark jamaica rum (alt: dry rum)

Instructions

Pour all ingredients into a highball glass filled with ice cubes, stir and serve.
