Inigo Montoya - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of Reposado Tequila (alt: tequila)
  • 1 oz of cardamaro
  • 3/4 oz of Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz of ginger simple syrup
  • cardamom bitters

    • Instructions

    In a cocktail shaker with ice, combine tequila, Cardamaro, lime juice, ginger syrup, and a dash of cardamom bitters. Shake well and strain into a tall glass over ice. Garnish with a lime peel.
