Irish Cream Liqueur #2 - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1/2 tsp of chocolate syrup
  • 1 tbsp of Vanilla Extract
  • 1/3 tsp of Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 cup of sugar
  • 1 1/3 cup of Evaporated Milk (alt: condensed milk)
  • 1 3/4 cup of Irish whiskey (alt: whiskey)
  • 1/4 tsp of instant coffee (alt: coffee)
  • 2 of eggs

Instructions

Place all ingredients in a blender, blend well. Bottle and let mellow in refrigerator at least one week befor serving. this has been found to be best after 1-2 weeks. Store in a refrigerator. Liqueur at room temperature by removing from refrigerator 1-2 hours before serving.
