Islena - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 oz of rum
  • 1 1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
  • 6 oz of Perrier sparkling natural mineral water (alt: sparkling water)
  • Grenadine
  • fresh raspberries (alt: raspberry)

    • Instructions

    In a cocktail shaker partially filled with ice, add rum and pineapple juice. Shake well. Pour mixture including ice, into an old fashioned glass. Add Perrier and a splash of grenadine. Garnish with a few raspberries.
