Jamaican Fizz - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 2 1/2 oz of Dark rum
- 1 tsp of superfine sugar (alt: sugar)
- 4 oz of club soda (alt: clear soda)
- 1 1/2 oz of Pineapple Juice
Instructions
Pour the rum, pineapple juice and sugar into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well, and strain into a collins glass almost filled with ice cubes. Add club soda, stir, and serve.More cocktails with dark rum
