Ingredients: 1 1/2 oz of Tequila; 2 oz of Orange Juice; 1/2 oz of Lemon Juice; 1 dash of bitters; 2 tsp of blue curacao liqueur; 1 oz of grapefruit juice

1 1/2 oz of Tequila

2 oz of Orange Juice

1/2 oz of Lemon Juice

1 dash of bitters

2 tsp of blue curacao liqueur

1 oz of grapefruit juice

Instructions

Pour tequila, orange juice, grapefruit juice, lemon juice and bitters in a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake and strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Carefully float the curacao on top by pouring over the back of a teaspoon, and serve.
