Kiwi Colada - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of Light Rum
  • 1 oz of whipping cream
  • 1/4 cup of Pineapple Juice
  • 1 1/2 oz of Midori melon liqueur (alt: watermelon liqueur)
  • 1 1/5 cup of crushed ice (alt: ice)
  • 2 oz of cream of coconut
  • 2 of Kiwis

    • Instructions

    Add all ingredients to a blender and blend until smooth. Serve in pina colada glasses.
