Lemon Ice-Cream Soda - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
  • 1 1/2 oz of sugar syrup (alt: simple syrup)
  • 3 oz of soda water
  • 2 tbsp of vanilla ice cream (alt: ice cream)

    • Instructions

    Blend briefly with half a glassful of crushed ice in a pina colada glass. Add soda and mix gently. Add straws, and serve.
