Ingredients: 1 1/3 oz of Vodka; 1/3 oz of Passion-fruit Liqueur; 2/3 oz of vanilla ice cream; 3 1/3 oz of Pineapple Juice; 1/3 oz of pisang ambon liqueur

Ingredients

1 1/3 oz of Vodka

1/3 oz of Passion-fruit Liqueur

2/3 oz of vanilla ice cream (alt: ice cream)

3 1/3 oz of Pineapple Juice

1/3 oz of pisang ambon liqueur

Instructions

Combine the vodka, pisang ambon, passion-fruit liqueur, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, slice of lemon and mint sprig, and serve.
