Melon Island - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 1/3 oz of Vodka
  • 1/3 oz of Passion-fruit Liqueur
  • 2/3 oz of vanilla ice cream (alt: ice cream)
  • 3 1/3 oz of Pineapple Juice
  • 1/3 oz of pisang ambon liqueur

    • Instructions

    Combine the vodka, pisang ambon, passion-fruit liqueur, vanilla ice cream and pineapple juice in a cocktail shaker. Shake well. Pour into a highball glass. Garnish with a pineapple wedge, slice of lemon and mint sprig, and serve.
