Midori Ecstacy - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- Pineapple Juice
- 1/2 oz of white rum (alt: light rum)
- 1 dash of Lemon Juice
- 2 oz of Midori melon liqueur (alt: watermelon liqueur)
- 1/2 oz of blue curacao liqueur
Instructions
Pour the Midori melon liqueur, rum, blue curacao and lemon juice into a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake well. Strain into a highball glass almost filled with ice cubes. Top with pineapple juice, to taste, and serve.More cocktails with pineapple juice
