Ingredients
- 1 oz of white rum (alt: light rum)
- 1/2 oz of apple schnapps
- 3 oz of Orange Juice
- 1/4 oz of Creme de menthe (alt: mint liqueur)
- 1/2 oz of banana liqueur
Instructions
Add the white rum, banana liqueur, apple schnapps and orange juice to a cocktail shaker half-filled with ice cubes. Shake vigorously with ice. Pour into a collins glass, top up with ice and drizzle the creme de menthe over the top. Serve.More cocktails with light rum
