Ingredients: 1 oz of Light Rum; 1/2 oz of Peach Liqueur; 1 oz of Honey Syrup; 1/2 oz of Lime Juice; 2 oz of pineapple chunks; 2 oz of mint; 6 oz of crushed ice; 1 sprig of mint

Mixed Drink Recipe from Cocktail Builder

1 oz of Light Rum
1/2 oz of Peach Liqueur
1 oz of Honey Syrup
1/2 oz of Lime Juice
2 oz of pineapple chunks
2 oz of mint
6 oz of crushed ice
1 sprig of mint

Blend high-speed 20 seconds to finely chop pineapple and mint. Serve in a glass vessel to show off the colour, garnished with a spring of fresh mint and maybe a pineapple leaf.
