Modernista - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • 2 oz of Scotch
  • 1/2 oz of Jamaican rum (alt: gold rum)
  • 1/2 oz of Swedish Punsch
  • 1/2 oz of Lemon Juice
  • 1 tsp of absinthe
  • 1 twist of lemon peel
  • 2 dash of orange bitters

    • Instructions

    Shake, strain, cocktail glass, twist.

    Serve in martini glass.

    Garnish with lemon zest twist.
