Negroni Cooler - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients
- 1 1/2 oz of Gin
- 1/4 oz of St Germain (alt: elderflower cordial)
- 1/2 oz of Aperol
- 1/2 oz of Lillet Blanc
- 1/2 oz of Lime Juice
- 1/4 oz of simple syrup
- 1 sprig of mint
- 1 dash of club soda (alt: clear soda)
- 1 twist of orange peel
Instructions
Add all ingredients(minus the mint and club soda) to a highball/goblet with ice...stir very well and top with ginger ale or club soda and more ice if needed...slap a sprig of mint, express the blood orange oils and garnish...More cocktails with gin
