Ingredients: 1 oz of Mezcal; 2 oz of amontillado sherry; 3/4 oz of Lime Juice; 1/2 oz of agave syrup; 1 slice of ginger; 1 slice of lime; 1 pinch of nutmeg

1 oz of Mezcal (alt: tequila)

2 oz of amontillado sherry (alt: dark sherry)

3/4 oz of Lime Juice

1/2 oz of agave syrup

1 slice of ginger

1 slice of lime

1 pinch of nutmeg

Instructions

Muddle lime juice, agave and ginger. Add sherry and mezcal. Shake. Strain over large ice cube. Garnish with nutmeg and lime.
