Pawpaw Paradise - Cocktail Recipe

Ingredients

  • strawberries
  • 2 tbsp of sugar
  • 1/2 cup of milk
  • 1 cup of Dark rum
  • 1 cup of crushed ice (alt: ice)
  • 1 of ripe papaya (alt: papaya juice)

    • Instructions

    Using a papaya or mango, cut into small pieces and puree in a blender. Add the milk, rum, ice and sugar. Blend until smooth. Pour into 4oz glasses and garnish with strawberries.
