1 1/2 oz of white rum
3 drops of Rose's lime juice
3 drops of Maraschino liqueur
1/2 of peeled peach
Peel and slice the half-peach and add with the white rum, maraschino liqueur and Rose's lime juice to a blender. Add 3-oz of crushed ice. Blend for 10-20 seconds. Strain into a champagne saucer, and serve.
