3 oz of persimmon juice (alt: cranberry juice)

1/2 oz of Lemon Juice

1/2 oz of simple syrup

1 1/2 oz of 42 below vodka (alt: coconut vodka)

1 sprig of mint

crushed ice (alt: ice)

Instructions

Frost the rim of the of the glass. Combine ingredients in shaker and shake with crushed ice. Strain into the frosted glass with crushed ice.

Optional: Garnish with a sprig of mint.
