Plastic Kite - Cocktail Recipe

  • 1 1/2 oz of Bourbon
  • 3/4 oz of Ramazzotti (alt: amaro)
  • 1/4 oz of campari
  • 3/4 oz of Lemon Juice
  • 1/4 oz of simple syrup

    • Instructions

    Shake, strain, up. For extra credit, top with a "cloud" of Licor 43 or Galliano foam (see note).
